Call Center Coordinator:

This position has a TOP base pay + commission + bonus, so the sky's the limit!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assists in the training process for new hires.
• Provides coaching and feedback to direct reports.
• Maintain 15% Success ratio monthly as a team.
• Always have 15% backups of leads for each time slot.
• Make sure leads are being sent to the best rep to close the lead.
• Monitors agent calls and provides appropriate feedback regarding quality, efficiency and proper use of tools and processes.
• Manage pitch sessions before every new shift.
• Effectively responds to staffing and employee relations and/or performance issues in timely manner
• Step in to take phone calls from callers to close appointments when necessary.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as a Call Center.
• 1 years of experience with Sales and/or Lead generation.
• Result Oriented
• Team Leader skills
• Organized and assertive.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively.
• Good computer skills (capable of using multiple software's)
